Mission Statement

Innovation Building Group is dedicated to consistently build superior products which meet and exceed the building standards of the day. Our management style will always reflect the core values the company seeks to enshrine; specifically: Honesty, Integrity, Sustainability, and a commitment to Superior Quality.

The Innovation management style will always reflect our team approach to the building process; as such, all our trades and subcontractors are considered part of the team and treated as team members. The Innovation team of committed professionals will work to ensure our client’s and development partner’s satisfaction with the finished product, both at delivery and into the future life of the product.

Innovation Building is committed to the principles of sustainability. Our goal is to build homes that are better for you, the environment and your community. Our objective is to develop land and build homes in a sustainable way according to the United Nations' Brundtland Commission definition:

"…meeting the needs of the present generation without sacrificing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs".

In order to accomplish our sustainable goals the Innovation production process involves building homes using the least amount of land, resources and energy to build, maintain and operate buildings throughout their life cycles. Our design process and component selection will always place a high priority on products and practices which produce a sustainable, energy efficient, and environmentally friendly finished product.

We have developed building practices and technology to achieve all of these goals, usually at a savings in cost to traditional practices. All of our buildings will be better for our homeowner’s health and will substantially reduce the long-term energy and maintenance costs of their homes. These design goals produce products that allow a greater number of people to be accommodated in a higher quality of life, with a smaller consumption of land, a reduced demand on infrastructure and less impact on the environment.
